Brief Description: Make F-707B Angle, Trim F-786A J-Stringers
I made the F-707B clip per the plans. I drilled it to the stiffener and bulkhead to give more stability when fitting the top skins. May have to re-make the clip if final fitment isn't good with skins on.
Measured and trimmed the end of the F-786 J-stringers. I had left these unfinished when they were first cut. Length in plans was final dimension used. I marked the cut lines, trimmed the ends on the band saw, drilled a hole to radius the corner and cut the angles on the band saw and with dremel. Finsihed ends with files, emory cloth, and scotchbrite.
