I drilled the F-705 bulkhead caps to prepare for riveting them on. Used several clamps to hold them in place and still be able to match drill. Drilled the top four holes and cleco'd as I went, then drilled three holes from inside for forward face using a combination of long and short drill bits. The side holes I marked with a bit one at a time, removed the cap, centerpunched the mark, then drilled the hole undersize on the bench. Checkhed hole alignment, then drilled up to #30 from outside. Repeated process for the other side.
