Brief Description: Prep F-713, F-717 and F-722 for Primer
Based on advice from Wirejock, I reamed all the holes in the thick angle parts like F-713 Auxilary Longerons and F-717 Lower Longerons prior to countersinking. This helped clean out any debris from deburring and gave nice consistent holes for the countersink bit to ride in. Countersunk all holes. Scuffed parts with scotchbrite.
Deburred all the holes on both sides of the F-772 forward bottom skin. Scuffed rivet lines with scotchbrite and dimpled holes with squeezer and C-frame.
Deburred all holes on the firewall edge. Dimpled with squeezer and set firewall aside.
Washed the angle parts and bottom skin in Dawn dish soap and warm water. Set out to dry.
