Brief Description: Deburr and Countersink Forward Fuselage Parts
After letting the JB Weld set up for a couple of days I sanded the top of the F-772 smooth. Then I back drilled through the JB Weld using the original hole in the stiffener.
Countersunk the holes in the bottom firewall angle, then removed the firewall from the fuselage and set aside.
Removed the F-717 lower longerons and the F-684 gussets. Deburred all F-717 holes and scuffed with scotchbrite. Drilled the F-684 gussets for nutplates, deburred and countersunk. Scuffed with scotchbrite.
Removed the F-719 forward skin stiffeners. Deburred all holes, countersunk holes and scuffed with scotchbrite.
Removed the F-7101 gear attach webs. Deburred all holes, scuffed with scotchbrite.
