Brief Description:  Drill Brake Master Cylinders to Pedals

I ordered some saddle washers from Pegasus Auto Racing Supplies (3/4 in diameter tubing, #10 bolt) to help the transition from the round side of the master cylinder to the flat mounting plate. These look good for the job. I mounted the rudder pedal assembly on the bench, used clamps and aluminum angle to secure the right side rudders in line then clamped the left seat brake pedals in line with each other. I hung the master cylinder from the rudder assembly and double checked all alignments before marking the mounting plate for drilling. Removed the brake pedal and drilled on the drill press. Reassembled the left brake with master cylinder, checked alignment again, then marked right brake for drilling. Reassembled right brake and found rudder pedals and brake pedals have good alignment.

Repeated process for passenger side brakes. After final assembly moved the entire rudder and brake assembly to store for later installation in fuselage.

Drilled the baggage ribs for platenuts, wiring pass through, and rudder cable pass through. Deburred all holes.
