Brief Description:  Drill Baggage Ribs

Fit the F-724 and F-722 baggage ribs on the left, and had to flute the forward half of the F-722 horizontal ribs to get a good fit. Match drilled the vertical and horizontal ribs to the skin on the left side. Did the same on the right side.

The bottom tab on the leftF-724 looked like it was going to have edge distance issues with the pre-punched holes in the F-623 rib, so I marked it to check. One hole was too close to the edge, and I couldn't see a way to move it enough to meet edge distance. I decided to cut the tab off and replace it with a new, wider tab. I used the F-715 rib I replaced to cut out a new tab. Carefully measured the length of the F-724, cut the tab off with a dremel, made a new tab and clamped in place at the exact length, then drilled the tab to the rib. Put the rib in and marked the F-623 holes and had plenty of edge distance.

Right side F-724 had the same problem, so I made another tab and performed the same steps as the left side.
