Used the rivet fan to mark locations for F-6118 mounting rivets to deconflict with firewall rivets. Not possible to completely separate the two sets due to edge distance issues, but I got them the best I could. Drilled the F-6118 then clamped in place and match drilled to the firewall angle.
Clamped on the center support and match drilled the F-6118. Moved the rudder assembly to the next set of holes and repeated the process until all three sets of holes were drilled.
Removed the F-6118, deburred all holes, and marked center points for litening holes. Used hole saws to cut three litening holes. Trimmed the F-6118 on the band saw. Edge finished, deburred holes and scuffed with scotchbrite to prepare for priming.
