To prepare for drilling the F-770 and F-776 skins to the fuselage I arranged the cleco's so there was one in every other hole for the F-704, F-705, and F-706 bulkheads. Then I leveled the fuselage left and right using the bottom of F-704 as a reference and fore and aft using the longerons in the aft fuselage for a reference. Used blocks and shims to get a good level at all points. I started with drilling the F-776 to the aft fuselage, putting a cleco in every new hole, working from the center outboard. Then I drilled the F-770 skins to the aft fuselage, again cleco in every new hole. Once those were complete I drilled the open holes in the F-704, 705 and 706 bulkheads, moved the clecos, and completed drilling.
