Read some other build logs on issues with F-770 alignment. One said to raise the fuselage at F-705 instead of pushing down on tail. Set up sawhorse and blocking to try this approach. Initial results looked good, the left side of fuselage was much closer to lining up. Trial and error with blocks and shims got the left side close enough to cleco. After first cleco was in it was easy to get several more installed. Right side was still off, so I shifted blocking to that side, and worked to find right combination to improve alignment a little at a time. Finally got this side to line up and cleco as well.
