Brief Description: Drill F-715R, Prep and Drill F-715L
Once I was competely satisfied with the fit of the F-715R I began match drilling the bottom flange to the skin. Drilled from aft forward, using the centerline for alignment, I drilled one of every 3 or 4 rivet holes, clecoing as I went. This time the rib stayed aligned very well. Went back and drilled remaining holes between the clecos. Drilled aft end for rivets and bolt. Then drilled the forward flange with the F-704 bulkhead. Put on the seat floors and used them to match drill top flange, then opened holes for screws.
Folowed same sequence with F-715L to prep, mark, fit and drill the new rib. Good results on this side, also.
