Brief Description: Cleco F-776 Skin to Skeleton

Checked the baggage ribs and fluted as required, but these were all pretty straight. Adjusted flanges to 90 degrees to web. Reassembled the skeleton. Started to hang skin again. This tme the seat ribs went much better.
