Received the mod components from AntiSplat and watched their video a couple of times on installation. Match drilled the coverpieces to the bulkhead and the strips to the bar. Deburred and scuffed the parts. Washed and dried all parts (mod and bulkhead) and primed with NAPA 7220 self etching primer.
Marked the F-661EF flap blocks for initial hole per the plans and drilled #10 on the drill press. Match drilled the second hole with the bulkhead side, also on the drill press.
Reassembled the bulkhead components and marked clecos with tape for holes to be left open. Used the original channel on the top to help set spacing correctly. Used the squeezer to begin setting rivets.
