Finished preparing the skin and mounting plate holes and test fit everything to make sure it all lined up. When I was satisfied with the fit, I scuffed all parts with scotchbrite, then washed in Dawn dish soap and warm water. After drying I sprayed all with NAPA 7220 self-etching primer.
