Removed the flap from the stand and removed the inboard end rib and riveted on the FL-706B with the squeezer. Re-installed the rib and spacers, drilled the last three holes on top and bottom to #33 for MK 319BS, removed rib and deburred the holes. Reinstalled the rib, put the flap back in the stand and continued to rivet on the bottom side. Set every other rivet as before. Turned the flap in the stand and began riveting the top side of the flap.
