Brief Description: Countersink Flap Spar, Drill Top Skin
Scuffed the inside of the bottom skin with scotchbrite pads. Used the squeezer to dimple all the holes I could reach, the rest will be done with the C-frame. Cleco'd on the hinge and clamped the spar to a long 2 x 4. Countersunk bottom of spar only, .007 deep from flush for bottom skin. Re- assembled flap and drilled the top skin to the skeleton.
