I primed the right aileron parts with NAPA 7220 and set them aside to dry. While they were drying I hung the counterweight and taped over the holes. I then used a syringe body like a funnel to pour the primer down the inside of the pipe. I used a general purpose latex primer from the aviation section of the local hardware store. I put a plastic tub at the bottom to catch the run-off. I removed the tape and used a brush to prime the outside of the pipe.
After everthing was good and dry, I riveted the A-408 reinforcements to the aileron spar with the squeezer.
