Began work on the scarf joint on the outboard skin. I marked the far edge of the scarf with tape and used a flat file to remove material on a slight angle. After roughing in with the file, I blended the file marks with a scotchbrite wheel in the angle grinder, then some sanding blocks and finally scotchbrite pads. I continued with scotchbrite pad to scuff all the rib mating surfaces in preparation for priming.
I hung the outboard skin back on the skeleton wth a few cleco's then deburred the inside of the inboard skin.
