Brief Description: Begin Riveting Right Leading Edge
Shot the W-423 with NAPA 7220 primer and let it dry. Jason and I used the squeezer and dimpled the nutplates, then sqeezed the rivets and mounted all the nutplates. Re-bent the W-423 again to get it back in shape. We inserted the W-423 and the end rib in the leading edge and cleco'd it into posiiton. We checked the leading edge section according to the plans and squeeezed the aft-most rivet in each rib. We used tape on the clecos with the rib/join plate as a reminder that these rivets are longer than those used in the rest of the structure. We used the gun and bucking bar and worked from the center rib aft to forward and also alternated ribs going outboard until we had all the rivets in the bottom of the leading edge section.
