Brief Description:  Rivet Baffle on Right Tank

After yesterday's prep I just wiped down the end ribs with MEK before riveting. Mixed 10 grams of sealant and strapped/clamped the tank to the bench. I tried to use a squeezer for the rivets on the Z-brackets but could not find a combination that would work. Used an offset riveter and bucking bar to set the 5 rivets in the Z-bracket and a squeezer for the top and bottom two rib to baffle rivets. Flipped the tank over and did the same for rivets on the other end rib. All rivets were set "wet". Used excess sealant to cover factory and shop heads on these rivets. Moved the tank to the cradle, pulled all the clecos from the skin to baffle line on the bottom of the tank, wiped area with MEK and re-inserted every other cleco. Mixed another 10 grams of sealant, set up the squeezer for flush rivets, and began setting skin to baffle rivets, working from center outboard. Used wet rivet technique on all these rivets as well. Once bottom was finished I turned the cradle around a repeated process for top of tank. Used excess sealant to cover remaining pulled rivets on back of tank.
