I washed all parts for installation in Dawn dish soap and warm water. Set them out to air dry. I assembled the fuel pick up and used the "one flat past hand tight" method for the flared fitting. Tightened it just a little more to get the anti-rotation bracket to sit flush on the T-708. Mixed 20 grams of sealant and applied sealant to the shoulder of the bulkhead fitting and the anti-rotation bracket flange. Installed these to the T-708 plate with clecos, then applied sealant to outside of plate and spacer. Screwed on the nut and torqued to100 inch pounds.
Put selant on rib inside of tank and T-410 and pressed the T-410 into place, using a pick to align the rivet holes. Then put sealant on the outside of tank and the wing bracket and installed with cleco's. Repeated the process for the T-410 on outboard end. Used popsicle sticks to smooth fillets in corners and back edge of T-410s.
