Put the end rib on the tank with a few cleco's and used a wire to mock up the bend in the vent line. Once I had wire mock up correct, I used the spring tubing bender to put the bends in the vent line. Mounted the Rolo-Flare tool in the vice as seen on EAA hints for homebuilders and made another practice flare on scrap tubing. This one came out very well so I moved on the the real thing. Installed the B-nut and sleeve on the vent line and made a good flare in the end of the vent line. Installed the line through the snap in grommets, re-attached the end rib and connected the vent, then made the final bend in the end of the line to get the opening as high in the tank as possible.
