Brief Description: Drill Left Tank Fuel Cap Flange
Clecoed one rib and rear baffle to tank skin to set shape for drilling the fuel cap flange to the skin. Marked a centerline on the flange and lined up cap and flange on the opening in the skin. Worked to get perfect center and clamped flange in place. Match drilled flange to skin with #40 drill, inserting cleco's as I drilled. Dis-assembled and deburred all holes as well as the tank opening. Set up the C-frame and dimpled the tank skin for the fuel cap flange.
