Brief Description:  Prepare Inborad Tank Ribs and T-708

I clamped the left tank T-708 and the rib on the MDF and drilled the screw holes in the rib. I did not have a cleco the right size to hold the assembly, so I dropped an AN515-8R8 screw into each hole as I drilled it to maintain the orientation. Replaced the T-708 with the T-407, reinserted the screws and began drilling platenut attach rivet holes. I was able to cleco these holes as I went. Removed the T-407 and deburred all holes. I dimpled the rivet holes with the squeezer. I repeated this whole process for the right wing tank parts.

Set up the machine contersink to cut .005 inches deeper than flush and countersunk the the rivet holes in the T-407. Adjusted .002 deeper after first pass as the T-407 did not sit flush on the rib. Made a second adjustment, countersunk all holes and stopped for the day. Will recheck fit before beginning on right tank T-407.
