Decided to take a break from edge finishing and de-burring ribs and make a rib flange tool to assist with the next step in rib preparation. Used ideas from several posters on VAF website for the design. Used 1.5 x 1.5 oak from avaiation department at HD for the handle. Cut 2 x 4 with 11 degree angle on end. Used scrap 2 x 6 for base. Glued pieces together with gorilla glue as well as wood screws.
