Brief Description:  Continue Rear Spar Prep

I clamped the W-707E and F doubler plates to the right rear spar. Measured the distance from the outboard edge of 707E to the end of the spar twice before drilling. Drilled the holes and marked the 707E for the aileron pushrod hole. I deburred all the holes on the spar and doubler plates. I cleco'd the 707E to a piece of MDF and used a #30 bit in the drill press to drill around the pushrod hole. Put the piece in a smooth jaw vise and used a small file to connect the holes. Then roughed in the shape with a round file. I finished with a sanding drum on a Dremel tool. Final sizing was done by clecoing the plate back on the spar to match the hole in the plate with the hole in the spar.

Followed the same procedure for the left rear spar parts.
