Kevin was in town for the weekend and we did some work together. We finished mounting the nutplates on the left wing spar and countesinking the spar flange. We used the cut off screw for a while and then made a #8 screw dimple in a piece of .032 scrap to check the countersink depth another way. We started on the right wing spar by marking the spar with forward and aft, top and bottom on both the inboard and outboard ends. Then we drilled all the nutplate mounting holes to #40 and deburred. Countersunk the mounting holes on one flange and mounted the nutplates by squeezing the rivets. Ended the day by countersinking the holes on one flange with #30 and checking depth with our piece of scrap.
