Cleco'd the spar on the bottom of the tab. Clamped E718 and E717 together with a clevis pin inserted for alignment. Cleco'd the E-717 to the skin. Match drilled the trim control horns and the skin to the spar with #40 drill. Clamped the hinge to the top of the spar flange as indicated in the plans. Marked the inboard edge of the skin/spar on the hinge. Match drilled the skin/spar and hinge.
