Did the bend of the outboard end of the trim tab. This side was smaller than the inboard and so somewhat more difficult. Got the initial bend with wood block and hammer. Used the hammer and a piece of scrap aluminium to finish off while clamped in the bending blocks. Removed the bending block and finished by hand bending and some hammer work. Resulting bends are straight and flaps are very close together, should be no issue to rivet. Trailing edge came out a little tight, but overall I'm satisfied with results and in initial test fitting it looks like it will line up well with the elevator.
