Cleco'd the rear spar for the vertical stabilizer together with the spar, doubler and the rudder hinge brackets. Set up the C-frame for riveting the universal head rivets. Process went fairly well, but several rivets had to be drilled out as they had off-center "club" heads. Decided to stop work and do some research on techinques for using the C-frame for riveting.
