Third furlough day. I competed drilling the skeleton spar to rib and main spar holes to #30. Cleco'd on the skin and match drilled all the holes #40 for the skin to spar and rib on both sides of the stab. Disassembled the components, made sure to mark the rudder hinges with their orientation. Deburred all the holes in the spar doubler and worked alll the edges to remove burrs and machining marks. Deburred holes, edge finished and scuffed the front and main spars, as well as deburring all the holes in the ribs. Dimpled all the holes where the skin will attach to the ribs and spars. Also dimpled the lower part of the main spar for the flush rivets that will hold the spar and doubler. Drill, deburr, dimple...repeat.
