Jason was here for spring break so I stayed home and we spent most of the day in the shop. Opened holes in right horizontal stab to final size with a #40 reamer. Did not pre-drill as I did on the left side, I went right with the reamer with good results. The only exceptions were those holes that were not pre-punched in the skeleton, I drilled those first, then ran the reamer through. Also made holes in the angle braces final size with the #30 reamer. Deburred all holes/edges and prepared all parts on the left side by scuffing with scotchbrite pads and/or 400 grit paper and then began dimpling. At the end of the day all skeleton pieces are prepared for primer and dimpled, most of the skin is done as well.
