Brief Description: Fiberglass Finishing and a Visit from Georgia
Gary stopped by from the Pea Patch airport in Georgia, he need some cheap auto gas. He has a nice RV 7A with a tip up canopy. I also finished the last coat of filler primer on the fiberglass parts. I have some touch up in the interior of the cowl, but they are basically done. I just don't care for the K38 primer, I had many issue with it and I don't think it sticks that great. I plane to leave it alone, but when I get it to the painter I will sand it off and have Bobby put some better primer on to insure better adhesion. It does the job as far as filling the weave and pin holes, so I guess it is worth it, the parts are smooth and finished.
