I have continued to whack away at the baffle pieces and making them fit properly. This is a very iterative process, trying to fit the pieces up and trimming ever so slowly until they pieces fall into place. These pictures are of the # 3 cylinder baffles, the top has to be trimmed until it is 3/8 to 1/2 " from the top of the cowl. The rubber gasket will finish the job and keep the engine baffles from leaking and moving the air in the proper direction.
