It appears the best way to do the baffling is to get the cowl mounted. I tried to fit piece of the baffle in place, but there is no way to cut and measure the top of the baffle without the cowl held in the right place. So I started messing with the cowl to see what I need to do to get it mounted. The spinner back plate has to be on as does the forward fuselage skin. I will read the plans and manual again tonight and outline the procedure.
