Brief Description:  Filling the windscreen fairing and adding layers

After sanding and filling the windscreen frame, I decided there was not enough thickness in the rear edge overhang and decided to add three layers of 8.8 ounce cloth. I felt it was possible for someone getting into the plane to put their weight on it or perhaps slip into it and crack it, which would creat a real repair mess. Soooo, I added more layups which took 4 hours and then started the sanding process again. It is now much stronger and it would be hard to break, even if someone fell on it. I’m sure it added some weight, but I just lose 5 pounds. ;-)
More filling and then priming to go over the next few days.
