Brief Description: Drilling & countersinking the rear skirt
I mounted the canopy skirt using 6/32 100 degree flat head screws. There was not a lot of room so I had to take my time on the alignment to keep the skirt tight against the fuselage. I made the countersinking deeper that the screw head so I can fill them after final attachment with Super-Fill and they will disappear. I still have to clean up the inside Sika Flex fillets and paint the inside of the skirt Satin Black, but the construction of the slider portion of the canopy is done. Now on to cleanup and the wind screen.
