Today was an exciting day; Vic Syracuse flew to town in his RV 10 to do the inspection of N947CB. I was lusting over his RV 10, he did a really nice job on her and it just sounds great as he pulled up the ramp. At any rate the inspection went fine and Vic complemented me on the workmanship. He found a few things that need changing, but nothing major. A few bolts needed changing, the Data plate needed a correction to match the Registration and the heat muff was touching the cowl and needs an adjustment. I will take care of the list this week and send him an email and pictures of compliance. He was nice enough to issue the Special Airworthiness Certificate with a promise of compliance in an email.
N947CB legal!
This week I will get the insurance lined up, do some taxi tests, get the brake broken in and load up with 3/4 fuel. Stay tuned!
