Brief Description:  More taping and Akzo priming under the the seats a

Today was the start of paint week, Oh boy! The plan is to use Akzo epoxy primer which seems impervious to anything under the seats and baggage area. Ask my why? Then I will use DuPont Variprime inside the rest of the cabin which is the preferred primer for Imron Poly in a grey that matches the powder coat provided by Vans on the stick and canopy assemblies.

I need a good day with no wind to do the rest, hopefully later this week it will happen. Once this is done and can start final assembly of the planes interior. Just the thought of not having to remove parts again is music to my ears and sanity. That being said, there is a lot of painting to do and it may take weeks depending on the weather. It is not just the interior walls and floor of the fuselage that gets painted, but also the seat pans, seat backs, baggage compartment panels, front tunnel covers, fuel pump cover and other parts too many to name.
