Brief Description: Finishing wing tip and drilling bottom skin
Today was a long hot day in the hanger, but the reward was a wing that is almost done. I finished the right wing tip, including the tip support rib. I mounted the flaps and lined everything facilitate a final fitting and then attached the bottom skin with clecos. Friday I will dimple all 200 holes and attach the access panel nut-plates, it will the be ready for final assembly. This will happen after I put the wiring conduit in place, mount the Tru-Trac auto pilot servo and wire the landing a navigation lights. Another few weeks and the wing will be completed.
