This took a couple of tries, don't follow the drawing and expect to get 35 degrees on both sides, make a template with the rudder at 35 degrees and then make the part. You also can make the part with the aft section over length and then cut it back to get to the 35 degrees. My left and right side turned out different by about 1/8”, your mileage will vary I’m sure.
