This is the plumbing to the co-pilot/backup instruments. They may be a life saver in the electronics die and you in IFR conditions. I don't plan to spend a lot of time flying in instrument conditions, but it is nice getting on top on a bad day and not having to postpone a flight due to some light scud. This plan should really do the trick for cross country flights on most days , except the really bad ones.
