Brief Description: Mounting the TruTrak Autopilot Servos and Turn and
Today I mounted the autopilot servos per the TruTrak instructions and measurements. They are safety wired at the attachment bolts and I used inspection enamel on the push rods after tightening the stop nuts at the length per the TruTrak drawings. I also made sure there wasn’t any interference through the entire movement range of the servos. At this point all the instruments, avionics, servos, switches and connectors are in place, so I can start wiring everything from point to point through the wiring runs. Oh boy, here comes a mile of wire.
