I just keep going on these baffles; they are frustrating because of all the moving parts as you try to fit them in place. The air scoop on the #1 cylinder is looking pretty good, the # 2 will have the air induction filter box and plenum attached to it. Oh boy this should be great fun to make. I just can't believe how much crap it takes to make an airplane engine happy. And to think this is just the cooling baffles and the oil cooler mount. After this, there are about 12 probes to be installed for the engine monitor and then there is the electrical system. This is one complicated bugger.
