Today was oil cooler day. I finished riveting the #4 baffle together, then cutting and mounting the pass through guard for the ignition wires. I also made the spacer for the bolt that holds the baffle at the motor mount. This was easy to make but almost impossible to install. Then after fitting the oil cooler, I made the side spacers that the long mounting bolts pass through. Unfortunately the bolts are too long AN3-42 and they need to be AN3-40. I will get them on the next order to Aircraft Spruce. So far all is going well except the bolts.
