At first I thought I messed up on installing these platenuts now, but I talked with Ed Booth my Tech advisor and he said this was the best way to do it. You can see through the wheel pants so after lining them up per the plans it is easy to match drill to the platenut visually through the wheel pant. Then add a few more layers of glass on the inside for added strength and countersinking for flat head screws. I will paint these with AKZO epoxy primer for some heavy duty protection.
