Brief Description: Attaching horizontal stab tips and filling
I had a little time to burn, so I went to my shop where my empennage resides over the garage and decided to get the horizontal stabilizer tips mounted and filled. I had already filled the open end with ½” foam and fiber glassed both sides for strength and longevity. A little Poly Fiber Super fill and, I now have tips that are pretty much finished. I may spray a coat of primer on it and see if it needs any touch up, but it is basically done.
