Brief Description: Riviting the horizontal stabilizer
It was finally time to put all the stab pieces I have been building together and make a real horizontal stabilizer. I clecoed it all together per the instructions in Section 6 followed the riveting sequence in the instructions. Rafael came by to run the rivet gun while I did the bucking. So, about 6 hours later we had a built horizontal stabilizer. We had to add a few pop rivets for the center rib connection per instructions, and now it is done, except for the tips. The tips are fiber glass and require considerable additional fabrication, including sealing off the ends and molding over the lead counter balance weight.
