Brief Description:  Starting the engine

Ed Booth flew over from Twin Lakes to help me start the engine. We had a Halon fire extinguisher and Rafael there also to help just in case. I tied the plane to my truck just to be on the safe side. All went well after a few hit of the starter, she came to life. I think I may have flooded her a little bit so I definitely need to brush up on the best starting procedure for the injected IO 360. Oil pressure came right up and was in the 60-80 range depending on the RPM, fuel pressure was also good. I need to do another mag check, I just forgot to do it while it was running .
