The seat belts and shoulder harness had 3/8” holes while the mounting brackets have ¼” diameter holes. This did not seem like the best arrangement to me. So I made up aluminum bushing that would allow the belt bracket attachment to move freely in between the mounting brackets after the AN4-10 bolts are tightened. This worked out great and offers the best solution for attachment in my opinion.
