Brief Description: Made the decision to build an airplane

Finally made up my mind to build the airplane I have been dreaming about for years. After 3 trips to Oshkosh, and 1 to Sun and Fun, I decided on a Quad City Challenger Long Wing. I have placed a 50% deposit with the local Challenger dealed Harley Caton of Washington, NC for the wing and fuselage kits. Delivery of these kits is expected in July. I found a Tail kit on Barnstormers.com. William Cone ordered the the kit last year, but circumstances are not going to make it possible for him to build the kit. The square tail kit I purchased from William Cone arrived today. I've ordered a bunch of paint and fabric supplies from Aircraft Spruce. Looking forward to getting started on this project. I'm late getting started on this log, hope to get caught up on progress soon.
